Platform Rules
Rhythm Guru is built by players: you upload songs, make beatmaps, chat and compete. These rules keep that space fair and safe. They apply to everything you publish or write in the game — maps, covers, nicknames, profile text, chat messages, photos and reactions.
1. What you may publish
- Upload only audio you own or have permission to use. Publishing a map makes the track playable for everyone; you confirm this each time you publish.
- Covers, titles and map names must be yours or licensed, and must not impersonate an artist, label or another player.
- Maps must be playable: a published map that is empty, broken or a copy of someone else's map may be unpublished.
2. What is not allowed anywhere
- Sexual content, nudity or sexualised imagery — in covers, chat photos, drawings, avatars or text.
- Harassment, threats, hate or slurs against a person or a group.
- Spam, scams, advertising, links to malware or phishing.
- Sharing someone's personal data (phone, address, documents) or your own payment details.
- Cheating: modified clients, score manipulation, exploiting bugs for rank or pp.
- Anything illegal in your country or ours.
3. Chat and photos
- Song rooms and channels are public. Direct messages are private, but reports from either side are reviewed.
- Photos sent in chat pass an automatic content filter. A photo the filter rejects is removed immediately and marked as removed by the content filter.
- You can edit your own messages for 48 hours and delete them at any time.
4. Reports and moderation
- Any message, map or profile can be reported from the game. Reports are anonymous to the reported player.
- A message reported by three different players is hidden automatically until a moderator reviews it.
- Moderators can remove content, unpublish maps, reset nicknames or avatars, mute chat and, for repeated or serious violations, suspend or close an account.
- Copyright claims are handled under our DMCA policy.
5. Nicknames and profiles
- One nickname per player; it can be changed, and your messages always show your current nickname.
- Nicknames, statuses and avatars follow the same rules as chat: no impersonation, no slurs, no sexual content.
6. Appeals
If you believe content was removed or an account was restricted by mistake, write to support@doctor-games.com from the game's Support chat or by e-mail. Include your nickname and what was removed. We answer within a few days.
7. Changes
We may update these rules as the game grows. The date above shows the current version. Continued use of the community features means you accept the rules in force.
