Delete your account
Apps from Doctor Games that let you create an account (including Rhythm Guru) also let you permanently delete that account and the personal data tied to it.
This page is the web resource for account deletion requests required by Google Play. You do not need to keep the app installed to use the email option below.
Option 1 — In the app (recommended)
- Open Rhythm Guru and sign in to the account you want to delete.
- Go to Settings / profile.
- Choose Delete account and confirm.
This removes your Firebase Authentication account and related profile and ranking documents we store for that user ID.
Option 2 — Request by email
If you cannot open the app, email us from the address linked to your account:

Send to contact-us@doctor-games.com with subject Account deletion request. Include:
- App name (e.g. Rhythm Guru)
- The email or username used to sign in
- Any other detail that helps us identify the account
What we delete
- Your authentication account
- Profile information we store (display name, avatar metadata, etc.)
- Leaderboard / ranking entries tied to your user ID
- Other personal data we hold for that account in our Firebase project
Timing
In-app deletion is processed immediately when the request succeeds. Email requests are normally completed within 30 days. We may retain limited records where required for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, or resolving disputes, as described in our Privacy Policy.
