Request data deletion
You can ask Doctor Games to delete personal data associated with our apps (including Rhythm Guru). Deleting your account also deletes the personal data tied to that account.
This page is the web resource for data deletion requests. It works without installing the app.
Delete everything with your account
The fastest way to remove account-linked personal data is to delete the account:
- In-app: Settings / profile → Delete account
- Or follow Delete account and email us
Request deletion of specific data
Email contact-us@doctor-games.com with subject Data deletion request and tell us:
- Which app (e.g. Rhythm Guru)
- How we can identify you (account email / username / user ID if known)
- Which data you want deleted
What we typically delete
- Profile and account records in our database
- Uploaded avatar images stored for your account
- Scores / ranking entries tied to your user ID
What we may keep
We may keep limited information when needed for security, fraud prevention, legal obligations, tax/accounting, or dispute resolution. Aggregated or anonymized analytics that no longer identify you may remain. Advertising partners may process device advertising identifiers under their own policies until you reset them in device settings.
